Kansas City to welcome Mexican, Canadian officials at trade conference

Government leaders from Mexico, Canada and the United States will participate in the first North American Works conference in Kansas City. The conference, scheduled for Oct. 13-14, will focus on expanding economic opportunities and entrepreneurial links among the nations.
