The Midwest Conference on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse is scheduled Aug. 11-13 at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City. The conference is co-sponsored by members of the Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling and is being organized by the Association of Problem Gambling Service Administrators and representatives from Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa.

The three-day conference is expected to draw treatment providers, researchers, regulators and state departments from throughout the four-state area. Go to the Midwest Conference Web site for more information.
