3rd Annual Fiesta Mexicana

Celebrate the spirit of Mexico with live music, traditional dancing, and great local food at Union Station. For the third year, Sprint Festival Plaza will be transformed into a Mexican-style marketplace with food vendors and merchants displaying their wares.

Highlights of this year's family-friendly Fiesta include:

» Performances by Kansas City's own El Grupo Folklorico Atotonilco, one of the best Mexican folk dance companies in the country.

» Music by Marimba Sol de Chiapas, Andean Express and Paradize Band.

» El Show de Chispita inside Science City, with face painting, balloon art, singing and dancing led by the irrepressible Chispita the Clown.

» Free make-and-take crafts provided by Mattie Rhodes Arts Center, a caricature artist and much more!

$7 per person - includes admission to KC Rail Experience, Science City and the Smithsonian traveling exhibit Sports: Breaking Records, Breaking Barriers.

Union Station Members & children 3 and under get in FREE.
